We are seeking experienced professionals to join our workforce solutions team.

Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the growth and development of target accounts. You will develop strong relationships with IT executives and hiring managers, presenting our core services to new and existing clients and negotiating mutually beneficial deals.

You will work effectively with our internal team to deliver qualified consultants and project proposals to clients, driving revenue and exceeding sales goals.

Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the IT consulting and/or staffing field
  • Proven successful track record of driving revenue and exceeding goals
  • Experience in staff augmentation and/or project sales
  • Strong account management and growth skills
  • Able to develop strong relationships with hiring managers and senior IT executives

You will be highly motivated, results-oriented and capable of developing lead generation strategies and marketing plans for existing and new accounts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
