We're Hiring: Key Account Manager – Pune, Maharashtra Are you a dynamic relationship builder with a passion for driving growth and creating long-term client partnerships? We're looking for an experienced Key Account Manager (10–15 years) to join our client team in Pune and take charge of nurturing some of our most strategic clients.

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India What You'll Do: Develop & execute strategic account plans to achieve ambitious sales and revenue goals Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and align solutions to client needs Analyze account performance, share insights, and ensure superior client satisfaction Collaborate with cross-functional teams – sales, marketing, product & service – to deliver winning strategies Keep a close watch on market trends and competitors to seize opportunities & mitigate risks Present reports, forecasts, and strategies to senior leadership Represent the organization at industry events & conferences, strengthening brand presence What We're Looking For: 10–15 years of proven success in Key Account Management / Strategic Sales (electrical or manufacturing industry preferred) Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship management skills Strong business acumen with ability to analyze market & account performance Hands-on experience with CRM tools & MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results with a customer-first approach Knowledge of the electrical components market is a plus Why Join Us?
