Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and sustaining solid relationships with key stakeholders and customers, conducting business development activities, and leading the delivery of results-based programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solid Relationship Building: Develop and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers to drive business growth.
  • Business Development Activities: Conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to capture them.
  • Results-Based Programs: Lead the delivery of results-based programs that meet customer needs and drive business success.
  • Customer Feedback Analysis: Analyze customer feedback data to assess satisfaction with products and services.
  • Staff Training and Guidance: Train and guide business development staff to achieve their goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-based programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide insights.
