Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Personal Assistant to the Director to join Tesk Training Consultancy in Ahmedabad.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing schedules and appointments, drafting and sending communications, and coordinating documents and reports for meetings.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Director, including managing schedules and appointments.
  • Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the Director.
  • Coordinate and prepare documents and reports for meetings.
  • Assist with organization and execution of special projects and events.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Handle travel arrangements.
  • Maintain an organized filing system.
  • Assist in liaising with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
