Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at AccorHotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating and supporting company policies and procedures to maintain high employee morale and motivation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recommend, implement, formulate, and execute organizational policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and programs for all employees.
  • Assist the Director of Talent & Culture in developing an annual and long-term T&C plan that identifies the organization's T&C agenda as a component of the organization's overall Strategic Plan.
  • Identify T&C strategies and program requirements needed to maintain a progressive work culture in support of effective recruitment, development, and retention of employees.
  • Ensure compliance to standards, policies, and procedures of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the Hospitality Industry.
  • Demonstrated analytical and commercial awareness.
  • Hands-on experience across end-to-end T&C/HR cycle, including recruitment, performance management, and learning and development.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
