Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at AccorHotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision of receiving clerks, handling of food and beverage requisitions, and preparation of sales analysis and standard recipe costing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise receiving clerks and ensure the smooth operation of cost control store rooms and receiving.
- Prepare sales analysis and standard recipe costing to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
- Monitor and control non-food purchases against budget and precost all restaurant and banquet menu inventory.
- Manage minimum and maximum par levels of all store items.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of business operations and financial management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position that requires working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
