About the Role:

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting company policies and procedures to maintain high employee morale and motivation, ensuring an atmosphere of participative management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recommend and implement organizational policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and programs for all employees.
  • Assist the Director of Talent & Culture in developing an annual and long-term T&C plan that identifies the organization's T&C agenda as a component of the organization's overall Strategic Plan.
  • Identify T&C strategies and program requirements needed to maintain a progressive work culture in support of effective recruitment, development, and retention of employees.
  • Leadership skills that utilize persuasion and motivation to attain organizational goals are the most desirable management quality, followed by honesty, integrity, ethical behavior, tactfulness, openness, and cultural awareness.
  • Ensure compliance to standards, policies, and procedures of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a same role within the Hospitality Industry.
  • Demonstrated analytical and commercial awareness.
  • Hands-on experience across end-to-end T&C/HR cycle, including recruitment, performance management, and learning and development.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
