Job Summary:

We seek a skilled Healthcare Recruiter – Regional Growth Specialist to develop and grow both relationships and revenue within their region, ensuring we continue to further our mission of improving patient care.

This role requires a deep understanding of the position and the business. The successful candidate will grow the region in line with company targets while delivering timely and robust recruitment services to both candidates and clients with a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for recruiting laboratory technicians for ICG Medical in the US.
  • To ensure effective sourcing processes that are efficient and reliable.
  • Take accurate information and fill open positions for hospitals within the defined timeline.
  • Maintain efficient telephone etiquette and provide exceptional customer care.
  • Reach out to new referrals in a timely manner, ensuring no delay in contacting referrals.
  • Meet SLA's and service calls while providing outstanding customer service to clients and customers.
  • Closure of positions within the target hire date through rigorous follow-ups.
  • Create a pipeline/database for nurses to manage clients efficiently.
  • Be professional, friendly, courteous, and helpful when interacting with candidates.
  • Take charge of situations and assist team members as needed.
  • Closely manage all assignments to meet expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills are essential.
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of service to clients and candidates.
  • Grad/UG with at least 1 Year of experience in International Voice Process/International Recruitment may apply.
  • The candidate should be comfortable working US shifts.
  • Immigration/Visa counseling experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range based on the location, which is approximately $60,000 to $80,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
