Job SummaryThis is a full-time position based in Gugaon/Noida with hybrid working arrangements. We require an experienced professional with at least 7-9 years of work history in workforce management (WFM) and capacity planning.
Key Responsibilities- Minimum 7 years of experience in WFM and 2 years in capacity planning.
- Solid understanding of WFM fundamentals.
- Experience in workforce analytics, planning, forecasting, and/or workforce management with a large global call center.
- Experience with labor modeling (e.g., productivity modeling, task timing, and task variance impacts).
