About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Healthcare Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various skills and roles, collaborating closely with founders to understand organizational staffing needs and ensuring a seamless recruitment process from sourcing to successful offer negotiation.

You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience and identifying individuals who align with our organizational culture and values.

Your day will involve:

  • Developing effective recruitment strategies based on hiring requirements
  • Crafting clear, compelling job descriptions to attract a diverse pool of candidates
  • Sourcing and screening candidates via multiple hiring platforms
  • Facilitating the hiring process, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, compensation data, and recruitment best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting talent
  • Assisting with campus & lateral hiring needs as required
  • Ensuring post-offer engagement with the candidate

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in building high-performing teams
  • A proven track record of scouting top talent from various channels – consultants, job portals, /Naukri sourcing, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • A positive, 'can-do' attitude
