Opportunities for In-House Recruitment Experts

Hire Xpert, a leading real estate company, seeks a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead its recruitment efforts in Gurgaon. A minimum of 6 months of experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports
  • Participate in employer branding activities to promote the company as a preferred employer
  • Facilitate the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating terms with candidates
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in the real estate industry
  • Proven experience in recruitment
  • Proficiency in sourcing candidates through various channels
  • Strong interviewing skills to assess candidate suitability
  • Experience in candidate assessment, including competency and behavioral evaluation
  • Ability to build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Skilled in employer branding to attract high-quality candidates
  • Proficient in negotiation techniques to manage offers and counteroffers effectively
  • Experience in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company
