Job Title: Talent Sourcing Professional

  • Conduct preliminary screenings to evaluate Interviewer's fit for specific roles. Shortlisting based on qualifications, experience, and job requirements.
  • Maintain an organized database of potential Interviewers, ensuring regular follow-ups. Track and report sourcing activities and results.
  • Work closely with the internal team to understand hiring needs and priorities. Provide support in scheduling interviews and managing communications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and talent market dynamics. Suggest strategies to improve sourcing effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing or completed a degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as Naukri, Indeed, etc.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
