Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end bulk hiring, sales hiring, and non-IT recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets across departments and locations, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and role requirements, ensuring seamless integration and alignment.
  • Drive sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
  • Track and report key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs, ensuring a robust talent pool.
  • Ensure recruitment policies comply with labor laws and company standards, maintaining a culture of compliance and integrity.
  • Partner with marketing and branding teams to promote employer brand initiatives, enhancing our reputation and attractiveness as an employer.
Requirements:
  • Post Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial role, with a track record of success.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, with the ability to drive innovation and improvement.
