Key Talent Acquisition Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and help us find the right professionals for key roles.

This role involves proactively sourcing, identifying, and engaging passive and active candidates through various channels. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady supply of qualified candidates for current and future needs.

You will implement effective candidate assessment methodologies, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Additionally, you will collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions that attract top talent.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to understand talent needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
