Job Title: Talent Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced talent sourcing specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential talent sources, building a strong candidate pipeline, assessing and updating an organization's talent information, and implementing effective sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify top talent through social media, professional networks, and other effective sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet the company's current and future workforce needs.
  • Assess and update an organization's talent information and potential requirements.
  • Implement effective sourcing strategies by collaborating with the recruitment team.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify talent gaps and predict future requirements.
  • Communicate the quantitative and qualitative impact of their efforts organization-wide.
  • Negotiate with selected candidates to reduce the overall cost per hire.
  • Analyze current market trends and predict the future workforce requirements of the organization.
  • B ecome proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • Prior experience of 2+ years in the field of talent acquisition.
  • Thorough understanding of various sourcing methodologies and recruitment software.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and sound time management and organizational skills.
  • Innovative strategist with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Flexible team player with great interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and data management.
  • Certification in sourcing or recruitment from reputable sources is an added advantage.
