Talent acquisition leaders with 15-20 years of experience in building and scaling recruitment functions are sought after to shape the company's talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop long-term talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce planning.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruitment team across regions and functions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand talent needs and deliver customized hiring solutions.
  • Analyze labor market data, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence to inform sourcing strategies and workforce planning.
  • Optimize recruitment processes using Greenhouse ATS and other HR tech platforms; drive automation and efficiency.
  • Enhance the company's employer brand through digital campaigns, events, and partnerships.
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices and ensure diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Evaluate KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and source effectiveness; present insights to leadership.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, RPOs, and job platforms.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 15-20 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience using Greenhouse ATS or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market intelligence, talent mapping, and workforce analytics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Global or multi-regional hiring experience is highly desirable.
Preferred Attributes:
  • Certification in Talent Acquisition or Strategic HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
  • Experience in high-growth or transformation environments.
  • Understanding of labor laws, compliance, and global hiring practices.
