Our organization is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Professional to spearhead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet current and future hiring needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Source and screen candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to determine the best fit for our organization.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in an IT or BPO industry.
- Strong expertise in recruitment marketing, candidate engagement, and employer branding.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
