Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive located in Chennai. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and implementing employer branding strategies. The role requires collaboration with the HR team and other departments to meet the company's hiring needs and targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Hiring, Recruiting
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team and manage multiple tasks
  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields are desirable
  • Previous experience in a recruitment role is a plus
