Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
