We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our talent acquisition efforts in the warehousing industry.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully sourcing assessing and hiring quality talent ensuring a strong pipeline for business-critical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level positions within the warehousing sector.
  • Source candidates through various source mixes including job portals networking employee referrals and headhunting.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and create job descriptions that meet organizational needs.
  • Screen interview and shortlist candidates based on their organizational fit.
  • Drive recruitment for volume hiring and niche roles in warehousing logistics functions.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards MIS and ensure adherence to time-affected targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition mandatory in Warehousing Logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes sourcing strategies and talent mapping.
