We are seeking a seasoned F&A talent acquisition specialist to spearhead our hiring efforts for the finance and accounting department. This role requires a deep understanding of the F&A industry, with a proven track record of sourcing and recruiting top talent.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the recruitment lifecycle for all F&A roles, from entry-level to senior management positions. They will develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to meet the needs of our F&A clients
  • Sourcing and screening candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and experience
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the F&A industry
  • Strong knowledge of the finance and accounting landscape, including market trends and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
