We're currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team at ICON Plc. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and attracting exceptional talent to support our mission of advancing innovative treatments and therapies that improve lives worldwide.

• Use a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates

• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and craft targeted sourcing strategies

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles

• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability and alignment with role requirements

• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sourcing processes and enhance the candidate experience

• Masters' degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery
