We are seeking an Administration Executive to manage office supplies, coordinate travel and accommodations, find vendors, and perform various administrative tasks.
- Manage office supplies, printing stocks, and place orders after negotiations
- Arrange travel and accommodations for the team, including booking and coordinating train, flight, and hotel reservations
- Coordinate with vendors to support program needs
- Negotiate the best rates for the organization
- Organize a filing system for important company documents
- Be available to answer employee queries on travel updates
- Perform last-minute bookings as needed
- Book meeting rooms and distribute correspondence
- Supervise junior staff and support other teams
- Evaluate venues for quarterly/annual reviews and events
Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (5-6 years of experience preferred)
- Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
