We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to support our client in the Mutual Fund Industry.

This role requires 3+ years of proven experience in administrative management and a Bachelor's degree.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, sound knowledge of administrative policies, procedures, and best practices, and knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to offices and branches across the country.
  • Liaise with architects for seamless office interior integration.
  • Update and maintain administrative-related MIS regularly.
  • Establish effective communication channels with government bodies.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their administrative needs.
  • Renew AMC contracts for various equipment.
  • Maintain proper functioning of fire safety systems.
  • Manage travel arrangements for employees through third-party services.
  • Maintain accurate records of assets and implement tagging systems.
  • Allocate mobile devices and SIM cards according to company policies.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations, including repair and maintenance activities.
  • Organize and execute staff events, conferences, and picnics.

Qualification and Experience

● Bachelor's degree

● 3+ years of proven experience in administrative management.

● Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

● Sound knowledge of administrative policies, procedures, and best practices

● Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
