System Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced System Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support for the configuration, testing, and maintenance of our billing system.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting the configuration, testing, and maintenance of the billing system
- Assisting in premium billing, collections, payment processing, and reconciliation
- Working closely with business teams to gather requirements and implement billing solutions
- Providing production support, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating fixes
- Participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and resolution
- Documenting processes, configuration changes, and providing end-user training
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in billing systems
- Knowledge of insurance billing processes (P&C or Life/Annuities/Health)
- Understanding of policy administration, claims, and integration with billing systems
- Strong skills in SQL, data validation, and reporting
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
