Job Overview:
Drive Business GrowthAs a senior professional, you will be responsible for spearheading the growth of our Retail Trade and Forex business through strategic alliances with national and regional influencers.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Executing partnerships to drive income delivery through effective execution of partnerships in the Retail Segment.
- Selecting, documenting, negotiating, and initiating business with partners.
- Maintaining the health of business from partners and ensuring timely settlements.
- Strong stakeholder management, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Central Office - Channel Management Deliverables.
Core Responsibilities include:
- First point of contact for all partners and prospects.
- Accountable for all control function interfacing including Compliance, Legal, Finance, SPU, etc.
- Driving business delivery via daily engagements with internal channel members.
- Responsible for driving initiatives aimed at achieving revenue targets.
- Daily dashboarding; creation of engagement and review platforms to ensure delivery of budgets.
People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities include:
- Organizing regular training for resources on products, processes, competition benchmarking for Trade & Forex business in Retail segment.
- Bridge between Sales team and product team for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
- Periodically reviewing performance to identify business leakages and take corrective measures.
