Microsoft Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated technical support specialists to join our team. As a Technical Support Advocate, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they have a seamless and satisfying experience with our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with subscription management, payment issues, refunds, and token redemption.
- Provide post-installation technical support for Microsoft products, including Windows and M365.
- Detect and resolve software issues and device network/connectivity problems.
- Help customers with the download, installation, and activation of products, and recommend suitable solutions.
- A minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute is required.
- You must have proficiency in managing accounts, payments, and billing inquiries.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for software and connectivity issues are necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.
- Prior experience in technical support or customer service is essential.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products and services is necessary.
- Certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, M365 Fundamentals, are a plus.
