Partner Operations Specialist Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Partner Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results.

About the Role:
  • Certification Management: Maintain and update the list of active certifications, track progress toward certification goals, and support team members in achieving requirements.
  • Help Desk Management: Manage and triage help desk requests, coordinate L2 and L3 escalations, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Reporting & Insights: Deliver accurate, timely reporting on Partner Center metrics and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.
  • Outbound Referrals & Co-Sell Support: Facilitate co-sell vs. partner-led motions, ensuring offer attachment to protect performance metrics.
  • Pipeline Identification & Attribution: Identify opportunities eligible for PAL or POR attribution, ensure attribution requirements are captured and executed post-contracting, and ensure accurate PAL and POR attribution once requirements are met.
  • Execution & Collaboration: Support preparation and execution of QBRs and EBCs.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the partner ecosystem.
  • Experience in sales operations, partner management, or channel programs.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset.
