Real Estate Executive

As a senior business development professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational growth through strategic lead generation and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate high-quality leads for premium real estate projects
  • Engage with potential clients to convert inquiries into qualified leads, fostering strong relationships built on trust and expertise
  • Maintain and update client databases to ensure seamless communication and targeted marketing efforts
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and conversions, consistently delivering results-driven outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales pipeline, aligning resources and initiatives to achieve shared objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales (BPO) or from a real estate background, with a demonstrated track record of success
  • Prior experience in lead generation will be highly valued, as will the ability to leverage data and insights to inform sales strategies
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in V4 communication is preferred, but not essential
