Job Title: Strategic Sales Director
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in driving end-to-end sales cycles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in enterprise sales and business development, with expertise in sales strategies, team management, and customer relationship building.
- Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors and clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and account management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs and objectives
- Requirements:
• 12 to 22 years of experience in enterprise or business development in a technology company
• Strong skills in sales strategies, team management, and customer relationship building
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time to provide client service to multiple geographies
• Advanced skill-set for driving system integrations, gathering requirements, and submitting commercial proposals
• Expertise in CRM and sales-focused automation tools is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to persuade and influence
