
Revenue Growth Strategist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Revenue Growth Strategist to lead our revenue management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth, developing strategies to maximize revenue, and implementing tools to automate and streamline processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze short- and long-term forecasting, trends in group inventories & rates to include occupancy, goals, product line and strategic sales goals.
- Monitor marketing channels, key and other account production. Ensure that all major channels of distribution effectively support the product and maintain rate parity.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Closely monitor competitors for shifts in demand, rate and strategy.
- Continually review internal and external sources to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of revenue management throughout all departments through effective communication with departments.
Qualifications:
- MBA / Post Graduate in Finance & Revenue Management preferred.
Skill Requirements:
- Knowledge of hospitality sales, marketing and other revenue management functions including research, planning, market positioning, market segments, internal marketing, distribution channels, sales management, reservations and yield management.
- Excellent oral and written communication & organization skills.
