Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our Corporate Services Segment business development strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth from new large accounts and existing clients within the segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the annual business development plan for the segment, aligning with our overall business development strategy and setting targets for key and other accounts.
  • Identify new growth opportunities for the organization within the segment, including new sectors, companies, and regions to tap into.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Business Development and Strategy & Technical Advisory team to develop strategies for tapping new growth opportunities within the segment effectively.
  • Support account management strategy preparation by providing insights on possible existing and potential key accounts within the segment to be targeted for developmental sales.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and provide strategic insights to the Marketing & Communications department for developing new offers and customizing existing offers for the segment.
  • Establish and maintain strategic alliances with various industry forums within the segment.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in the FM industry or Food Service or Project Management & Retail expertise.
  • Able to tie business value to process efforts.
  • Change management experience.
