Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:- \Business Growth Strategy: Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue expansion and market share increase.
- \Product Management: Manage a portfolio of stainless steel tubes and pipes, including MS ERW Black and GI Pipes, Hollow Section Tubes, Scaffolding Systems, and Steel Tubular Poles.
- \Dealer Network Management: Establish and maintain relationships with existing dealers, OEMs, and government contractors, ensuring seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- \Tender Participation: Participate in government tenders to expand the company's market presence and secure new business opportunities.
- \New Dealer Acquisition: Identify and convert new target dealers into profitable customers, expanding the company's dealer network.
- \Dealer Support: Provide prompt support to existing dealers and OEMs, resolving queries and issues in a timely manner.
- \Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitors' activities.
- \Reporting: Regularly report to senior management on key performance indicators, sales progress, and market insights.
- \Strong Business Acumen: Possess excellent business acumen, including knowledge of sales strategies, market analysis, and financial management.
- \Excellent Communication: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with dealers, OEMs, and internal stakeholders.
