
Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive to manage and maintain our CRM system.
This is a critical role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy and integrity in the CRM system, providing regular reports and insights on business performance using CRM data, and identifying and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1-4 years of experience in CRM system management and maintenance
- Proficient in CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Zoho CRM
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
