Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior business development manager to lead our client accounting services team. As an associate director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the client experience, identifying opportunities to enhance services, and implementing new processes or technologies.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in US accounting, knowledge of US GAAP, and people management skills. They will also have hands-on experience in commonly used accounting software and a proven track record of managing client relationships and meeting revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the client experience and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of client accounting service professionals, including setting goals and objectives, providing guidance and support, and evaluating performance.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improving the client experience and the overall performance of the client service team.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Lead client presentations and negotiations to secure new business.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in US accounting and people management skills.
  • Hands-on experience in commonly used accounting software.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and meeting revenue targets.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to effectively manage complexity, i.e., multiple stakeholders, timelines, and projects.
