Job Description:

The Client Relations Senior Administrator role is responsible for handling inbound queries via email and phone calls, resolving them, and/or triaging to the appropriate department as needed. This team is the primary contact center for internal clients and the face of S P Global for external clients.

Responsibilities:
  1. Resolve queries received via emails and phone calls from both internal and external clients
  2. Triage billing issues and problems related to client access to our products
  3. Answer inbound calls and redirect them as per defined processes
  4. E nsure that requests are handled within preset department SLAs and closed after client confirmation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional accountability and attitude to ensure client satisfaction
  • High level of interaction with external and internal clients
  • Coordination with stakeholders to ensure prompt and accurate resolution for requesters
