Account Growth Specialist Job Description

As a seasoned client growth specialist, you will focus on delivering exceptional results by driving revenue expansion and fostering long-term client relationships. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.

  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through timely issue resolution and proactive communication.
  • Build strategic relationships with key clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Regularly conduct CSAT/NPS surveys and implement actionable feedback to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely project delivery and quality standards are met by collaborating with internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress and mitigate potential delays or risks proactively.
  • Provide accurate records of all client interactions and submit reports in a timely manner.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop structured communication plans with key clients to ensure alignment.
  • Participate in quarterly business reviews and account planning discussions to inform strategic decisions.
  • Share client intelligence and market insights to drive growth initiatives.
