Job Title: Senior Client Advisor

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 10-14 years of experience in leading sales and digital transformation engagements across global markets.

This role focuses on building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and delivering impactful technology solutions tailored to client needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their digital journey, and collaborating with client CXOs and functional heads to understand challenges and shape transformation roadmaps.

They should have a proven success in managing global accounts and driving large deals across geographies, with experience working with fast-scaling businesses and startups.

The ideal candidate brings a consultative mindset, strong delivery understanding, and the ability to lead complex, high-value programs.

  • Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships to drive satisfaction and long-term growth.
  • Conduct regular governance meetings, address escalations, and ensure alignment.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction and build strong reference accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Client Partnership - Own client relationships, act as a trusted advisor, lead lifecycle from opportunity identification to deal closure, collaborate with client CXOs and functional heads.
  • Digital Transformation Leadership - Guide clients on adopting scalable technology solutions, identify inefficiencies, propose solutions that drive measurable value, work closely with delivery teams.
  • Solutioning & Innovation - Lead solution design efforts involving cloud, RPA, AI/ML, and custom applications, stay informed on emerging technologies.
  • Stakeholder Management - Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships, conduct regular governance meetings, maintain high client satisfaction.
