We are seeking a seasoned Client Servicing professional to assume the role of primary point of contact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet client objectives while delivering exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, technical, content) to execute client deliverables on time.
  • Build long-term client relationships by understanding their business goals and offering value-added solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling agency services.
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to clients, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
  • 9-12 years of experience in client servicing/account management within the advertising, digital marketing, or agency sector.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and challenges clients face.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively.
