Job Description

As a Manager, Third Party Risk Management, you will be responsible for shaping the future of work by leading and helping in product build, marketing and sales pitches for end-to-end Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) through internal and external collaboration.

You will own solution delivery for clients' TPRM programs, handle client discussions, and support pre-sales/sales processes. You will also build a pipeline and work with the sales team to enhance solution reach, lead relevant RFX/Solution responses, and work with Genpact's partner ecosystem to increase pipeline and improve value propositions to clients.

Key responsibilities include allotting, supporting, and reviewing deliverables from team members supporting project execution, holding governance calls with clients with set agendas and action plans for delivery, and conducting market scans by connecting with external experts to refine products and solutions.

You will actively participate in project meetings, build agreement amongst diverse groups, bring subject matter expertise to create/refine existing service offerings, including delivery models, commercial models, and technology solutions.

Identify and create alliances, associations, and partnerships for solution builds and growth, and build relevant collaterals based on subject knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum qualifications/skills:

  • Preferably CA or MBA

Preferred qualifications/skills:

  • Proven experience in Third-Party Risk Management across various industry verticals such as BFSI, Life Sciences, CPG, and Industrial Manufacturing. Preferably should have experience in more than one vertical
  • Should have successfully launched/participated in a company-wide Third-Party Risk Management program or should have successfully created a market-facing product or services in Third-Party Risk Management.
  • Practitioner with hands-on experience of having developed a Risk Framework and executed multiple assessments/due diligence
  • Hands-on experience of having defined risk pillars and relevant assessments for various third parties such as vendors, distributors, Joint ventures, Individual business associates
  • Excellent communication and executive presence to connect at senior level and ability to influence those stakeholders
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in various time zones
  • High Analytical/reasoning skills should be commercially savvy
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Sound understanding of service provider market and competitive landscape
