Assistant Manager Job

This role is ideal for someone who has excellent organizational and time management skills, as they will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects and ensuring their successful completion.

  • Key responsibilities include inspecting work performed to ensure it meets specifications and established standards
  • Maintaining the upkeep of assignment tasks as per set SOP
  • Planning, scheduling, and inspecting assigned work to subordinate supervisors and/or teams
  • Conducting regular briefings for ground staff
  • Evaluating and implementing standard operating procedures at site to ensure smooth site operations
  • Maintaining required records of work hours, budgets, and other information
  • Regularly inspecting and evaluating physical condition of facilities to determine type of work required
  • Briefing and de-briefing supervisory staff
  • Monitoring cleaning activities to maintain premises in best possible condition and enhance equipment lifespan
  • Conducting training on regular basis for work policies and procedures
  • Maintaining inventory of consumable stock to ensure availability of supplies and equipment
  • Selecting and ordering new equipment, supplies, or furnishings
  • Preparing reports like DMR, MMR, QBR, and other related reports at site
