Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead the transformation of our business processes. This role will require a unique blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and change management skills.

About the Role

As the Unify Pricing and Quotation Leader for Greater India Zone, you will be responsible for driving this transformation initiative. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and monitoring zones' readiness for UNIFY deployment, defining actions, and animating the process accordingly.
  • Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of UNIFY Business Transformation projects, ensuring alignment with the UNIFY Roadmap and organizational objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Working with the Unify Change Adoption Lead to develop and execute change management strategies, facilitating smooth transitions and ensuring stakeholder buy-in.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university/college; MBA preferred.
  • Overall experience of at least 10 years; at least 2-3 years in business analytics/research.
  • Collaborative work approach, problem solver, ability to work with ambiguous data.
  • Proactive and strong communication skills; Ability to engage with business stakeholders (sales, marketing, finance, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of MS PowerBI and advanced MS Excel skills to aid analysis and data-driven decisions.
  • Experience as a Project Manager, preferably in business transformation or change management roles.
