As a Senior Associate, you will make a meaningful contribution to our team by identifying and addressing key risks in the operational and financial environment. Your expertise will be crucial in developing an understanding of business processes, goals, and strategy to provide valuable analysis and interpretation to management.

  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong academic background, preferably in Accountancy or related fields, who can drive assurance objectives during fieldwork. This includes conducting partner interviews, technical evaluations, and presenting conclusions and recommended improvements to senior management.
  • The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in industries similar to ours or comparable experience within our organization. They should possess necessary skills, experience, and motivation to develop out of Controlling and Finance Assurance department within 5-8 years and move into a business role.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and education is essential for this position. The successful candidate will demonstrate a history of career advancement and the ability to continue on an accelerated career track.
  • Familiarity with agile audit methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced environment will also be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and address key risks in the operational and financial environment
  • Develop an understanding of business processes, goals, and strategy
