As a member of the team, you will be responsible for gathering and compiling data from internal and external sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reports, performing data validation and quality checks, creating dashboards, PowerPoint presentations, and visualizations, and providing data-driven recommendations to improve processes, efficiency, and performance.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Gathering and compiling data from various internal and external sources
  • Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reports
  • Performing data validation and quality checks
  • Creating dashboards, PowerPoint presentations, and visualizations
  • Providing data-driven recommendations to improve processes, efficiency, and performance

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Familiarity with HR processes or experience in employee onboarding
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology, e.g., HR software, virtual meeting platforms, to enhance onboarding experiences
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing schedules and documentation
