Required Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for someone with basic understanding of HRO process, including F&A background. Good excel skills are a must. This role may require team management or can be an individual contributor role. Current role requires UK shift timing however flexibility towards shift timing is a must. Flexibility for Work From Office is also required.

Must-haves include:

  • Basic understanding on Payroll process / Talent acquisition / query management / L&D process will be an additional advantage.
