Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Management Trainee. In this role, you will be responsible for handling General Ledger close activities, including Processing journals, account reconciliations, trial balance review, and reporting of unreconciled open items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Preparation and review of responsibilities of Month-end Accounting, Balance sheet account reconciliations, and reporting of open Items">
  • Pass on General entries">
  • Ensure timely delivery of work and provide regular updates to partners, including clients">
  • Prepare and update process documentation to keep it up-to-date">
  • Preparing Monthly review of the P&L and balance sheet and highlighting key callouts">
  • Conduct research, investigations, and analysis to analyze things in detail with an underlying logic">
  • Handle responses to queries from clients and auditors">
  • Involvement in migration of additional finance responsibilities, including developing and maintaining process maps and supporting documentation for all finance functions handled by the team">
  • Ensure integrity and completeness of financial records and compliance with finance control standards">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum qualifications: graduate">
  • Relevant work experience in General Ledger">
  • Preferred qualifications: Candidates with CA, MBA finance">
  • Good understanding of General Ledger">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills">
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel">
