Job Description:
  • Design and implement robust Segregation of Duties (SoD) frameworks to ensure effective internal controls and mitigate risks within the organization.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential conflicts of interest and segregation issues. Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.
  • Regularly review and monitor compliance with SoD policies. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum Qualifications / Skills: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certification (like CA, CPA, CISA) is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in risk management, internal audits, internal controls, or a related field with a focus on SoD.
