\Enterprise Risk Management and Strategic Initiatives Specialist\

We are seeking an Enterprise Risk Management and Strategic Initiatives Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management principles and methodologies, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Assist in developing risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures to strengthen enterprise-wide risk practices.\
  • Conduct risk assessments on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), including due diligence review, integration risk management, and ongoing monitoring.\
  • Support the development of risk governance framework for Joint Ventures and ensure controls for heightened risk areas.\
  • Perform Climate Risk-related assessments, including end-to-end measurement of physical and transition risk, scenario analysis, and supporting disclosure requirements.\
  • Conduct peer benchmarking and research on industry-wide best practices to recommend enhancements for effective risk management and risk oversight.\
  • Support strategic projects within the Enterprise Risk Management team to enhance risk identification and measurement capabilities.\

    • Master's degree in finance, statistics, actuarial science, mathematics, economics, operations research, or a related field.\
    • 1-3 years of experience in risk management, banking, finance, or management consulting.\
      • \
      • Strong understanding of risk management principles, methodologies, frameworks, and regulatory requirements.\
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills.\
      • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios effectively.\
      • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.\
      • Proven ability to deliver high-quality documents.\
      • Experience with Python/SAS/R is a plus.\
