Internal Audit Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Internal Audit Manager to lead and execute internal audit engagements across the organization. This role is pivotal in supporting the internal audit function in maintaining a robust and compliant control environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the internal audit team in planning and executing a risk-based audit plan aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end audit activities, assess internal controls, and recommend improvements in risk management and governance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies, while driving continuous improvement through audit innovation and analytics.

Audit Expertise:

  • Ability to identify and assess business risk and design, implement, and monitor internal control frameworks commensurate to business complexity.
  • Strong understanding of financial implications and market trends.

Leadership Skills:

  • Ability to build open relationships of trust and work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills, including time management, prioritization, and goal orientation.

Requirements

  • Post-qualification experience: 9-12 years.
  • Minimum 6-8 years in internal audit function of Big Four or a large FMCG with exposure to manufacturing/sales audits.
