Compliance Leader Role
This is a unique opportunity to drive business outcomes while mitigating risks. As a Compliance Leader, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the organization's compliance framework.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Compliance Program: Lead the implementation of a global, standardized compliance program that includes policies, procedures, control frameworks, and monitoring protocols.
- Drive Compliance Testing: Drive compliance testing across multiple jurisdictions and business units to identify design gaps, detect instances of non-compliance, recommend remediation, and support process improvements.
- Manage Personal Compliance: Manage evolving areas of personal compliance, including annual Code of Conduct confirmations, regulatory attestations, learning compliance monitoring, and oversee business unit confirmations.
- Represent Compliance Function: Act as a subject matter resource in third-party engagements, explain EY's compliance frameworks, support inquiries regarding EY's compliance posture, represent the compliance function in client and external regulatory discussions, and coordinate with other internal risk functions.
Requirements:
- 15+ years prior professional experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive compliance initiatives
- Deep understanding of AML, ABC, and ethics-related laws and practices
